We have some exciting news to share with you! The Network Chuck Academy is undergoing a migration in the next coming weeks. This migration is aimed at enhancing your learning experience and bringing you a range of advanced features that will take your NetworkChuck Academy experience to the next level! What kind of upgrade is NetworkChuck Academy undergoing?
NetworkChuck Academy is being migrated to a new platform, enabling us to introduce an array of exciting new features for all our users.
When will the platform migration take place?
The platform migration is scheduled to occur on July 10, 2023.
Will there be any downtime or interruptions in accessing the courses during the migration process?
We want to ensure that the migration process remains seamless for our users. We will ensure that any disruptions are kept to a minimum duration, if they arise at all.
Do I need to create a new account?
As a paid member, you will need to follow the instructions to activate your login through your email.
As a free member, you can either log in once you receive an invite or create a new account with your existing email once the site is live.
How do I setup my account on the new site?
You will receive migration reminders prior to the platform switch. Please follow the instructions you receive via email to sign up on the new platform. We also recommend setting up a new account on the platform as soon as possible. Failure to do so within 60 days may result in permanent access loss.
Will I lose access to my existing Thinkific account?
You will not lose access to the existing account at this time. However, once the migration period is over, the existing account credentials will become invalid, and the older platform will no longer be supported.
What happens to my course progress?
Unfortunately, your course progress will be lost upon migration. Due to system limitations, we are unable to migrate your course and quiz progression records to the new platform.
Can I cancel my NetworkChuck Academy subscription at any time?
Of course! Please send us an email at [email protected] and we can help you in making changes to your subscription.
Are there any new features or improvements I can expect on the new platform?
The new platform will bring several feature improvements to enhance your learning experience with Network Chuck Academy. Some of the key highlights include:

  • Advanced Features such as Personalized progress tracking, Quizzes, forums, and more in the pipeline
  • Upcoming expanded course catalog
  • More membership tiers
How can I contact support if I encounter any issues during the migration process?

Will the course content and curriculum remain the same on the new platform?
We’ve carefully reviewed all of our existing content on our academy and made the decision to migrate all of our major courses over to the new platform. To make way for all of the awesome new content coming soon, we will not migrate courses over which had a very low number of enrollments or interest. We will slowly populate our library with old and new content to ensure a smooth migration with minimal hiccups.
Can I access the new platform on mobile devices or through a mobile app?
Our new platform remains web-first, meaning it can be accessed from any internet-enabled device (Desktop, Tablets, or Mobiles). Your courses will also be available through Kajabi’s mobile application.
Will there be any changes in the pricing or subscription plans after the migration?
Pricing and subscription plans will remain unchanged. For any future changes, we will make sure to notify you ahead of time.
Are there any new courses or learning resources available on the new platform?
We are actively working on introducing new courses across domains. Please be on the lookout for new course additions!
